What Broomprint processes

RFP text, parsed source citations, and qualifications are kept inside the signed-in owner workspace. They are not displayed in public pages or sent to public analytics/logs. Access is checked server-side on every private data route.

Readable PDFs are processed in memory. The app stores parsed text and source records needed for the preparation pack, not the uploaded PDF bytes. A 30-day beta retention timestamp is applied to workspace records and expired records are removed on access; explicit deletion hard-deletes the RFP and its pack rows.

Checkout is not enabled in this beta build. Processing safeguards, encryption claims, certifications, and legal compliance claims are not made here. Contact broomprint@polsia.app with questions.
